First stage

• - Compact machined first stage based on the expedition-tested Apeks DS4 platform.
  - The first stage's innovative over-moulded end cap and environmental diaphragm prevent ice build-up which can cause the first stage to flow freely in extreme circumstances. They also protect the first stage from impact damage.
  - The large surface area of the heat exchanger diaphragm increases the temperature of the gases inside the first stage, improving cold water performance.
  - Unique overbalanced diaphragm design - as the diver descends, the overbalancing function allows the medium-pressure gas in the hose to rise faster than the ambient gas. The result is superior performance at depth. 
  - 2 HP ports and 4MP ports.

Second stage

• - Compact and lightweight, the second stage improves comfort and helps reduce jaw fatigue during long dives. 
• - Large heat exchanger for improved cold water performance and frost resistance. Lever-operated ventilation valve with high-performance pneumatic balancing.
• - Large, self-cleaning, operable purge button.
• - Ergonomic Venturi lever is easy to use and locate Braided nylon hose offers better cold water performance than traditional rubber hose.
• - Standard metal hose connector for greater interchangeability.
• - Comfo-Bite mouthpiece has a unique bridge that fits over the roof of the mouth and does not require biting pressure to stay in place.
• - The reusable mouthpiece clip allows you to easily change your mouthpiece on the spot.
• - Durable, flexible rubber exhaust tee provides excellent bubble deflection.
• - UV inhibitors help prevent discolouration of white materials.
