profile of the opening lever hole, which makes it easier to use even with gloves on;
design of the lower hole to keep the device always parallel to the user;
cam release system that is activated with a single downward movement (patented);
steel locking cam, manufactured with technology that implements wear resistance. Equipped with teeth that protect the rope from wear and tear, but are equally effective in blocking and ascending the rope. It also has three slots to prevent the accumulation of mud and reduce the effort required to slide the device up the rope in any condition (muddy, frozen, etc.);
cam anti-tip system.

Belay device for large diameter ropes

Designed for rope ascents, the CROLL L belay device is easy to use. The connection holes ensure an effective hold during ascents. Thanks to the large rope groove, it adapts perfectly to large diameter ropes, whether inflated or stiff, while limiting friction. It is compatible with ropes with a diameter between 8 and 13 mm.

Designed for rope ascents, the CROLL S belay device is light and easy to use. The connection holes ensure an effective hold during ascents. The stainless steel protection plate improves wear resistance by protecting the rope's friction zone. It is compatible with rope diameters from 8 to 11 mm.
