Shearwater Peregrine Adventures Edition Light: the multi-gas computer in a light finish

The Peregrine Adventures Edition Light carries the electronics and firmware of Shearwater's Peregrine range in a predominantly light presentation, paired with a colour-matched strap and shock cord. Designed for recreational diving, it combines a large, highly legible colour screen with two-button control that makes navigation immediate, even with gloves. It is a versatile companion for air, nitrox and diving on up to three mixes.

Colour screen and readability

The display is a 5,59 cm (2,2") colour LCD with a 320 x 240 (QVGA) resolution. The panel renders the vital dive data with high contrast and a clear layout, for fast reading of the parameters during the dive. The two-button interface logic reduces the number of operations and limits the risk of error underwater.

Depth, gases and modes

The instrument is depth-rated to a nominal 120 m. It handles up to 3 open-circuit gases and offers the Air, Nitrox and Nitrox 3-gas modes as well as a Gauge mode. A full decompression computer, it suits straightforward outings as well as nitrox dives that require a mix change underwater.

Battery and charging

The Peregrine integrates an internal rechargeable Li-ion battery of roughly 3,4 Wh, replaceable at the factory. Its endurance reaches up to 30 hours at medium brightness. Charging is done through a wireless charging dock, supplied with a USB-C cable, which avoids any exposed connector on the housing.

Dive log and connectivity

The onboard log offers a capacity of 200 hours or 96 dive entries at a 10-second sampling rate. Bluetooth wireless technology lets you sync data and benefit from upgradable firmware, updated to keep the instrument moving forward over time. Vibration alerts complement the visual signals.

Construction and format

The housing is made of ballistic nylon polymer, robust and light. The computer measures 77 mm x 68 mm x 25 mm for a weight of 122 g. It ships with a wide silicone strap fitted with a stainless steel buckle, in the colour combination specific to the Light edition.
