Apeks TEK 3 Left Nitrox DIN 1st stage
The Apeks first stage, TEK3, has been designed for technical divers to best suit their specific needs and developed specifically for use on a twin cylinder.
The TEK 3 is based on the proven construction of Apeks diaphragm first stages. It is designed specifically for a dual back cylinder configuration to meet the specific pipe routing requirements of the first stages.
All ports are located flush so that the hoses connected to them extend from the first stage in one direction only.
The TEK 3 is available in two versions - left and right.The first stages allow maximum access to the valves.

- - For nitrox mixtures up to 100% oxygen.
- - Overcompensated diaphragm first stage with dry chamber.
- - Designed for cold water (below 10°C).
- - Chrome plated exterior finish.
- - 3 low pressure ports (3/8" UNF).
- - 1 high pressure port (7/16" UNF).
- - DIN G5/8 230/300b connection.
1st and 2nd stages, octopuses, pressure gauges and regulator hoses, valves and cylinders are category 3 PPE. Assembling these components requires special knowledge and skills, and sometimes special tools, which are only available to trained technicians.
