The ANGE S carabiner is the intermediate between traditional finger carabiners and classic wiregate carabiners. Petzl's MonoFil technology and H-profile ensure its ultra-light weight of 28 grams and optimal strength-to-weight ratio. The shape of its mouthpiece and the Keylock system prevent the carabiner from unintentionally snagging during clipping and unclipping. This makes it particularly suitable for mountaineers and long-distance climbers looking for lightness.

Easy clipping and unclipping:
- MonoFil finger ensures smooth opening and closing of the carabiner, while offering a much longer service life than traditional wiregate carabiners. The threaded finger is protected laterally in the event of friction (against rock, etc.),
- Keylock system designed to prevent accidental snagging on gear rack, pitons, rope or webbing,
- carabiner spout with opening for ice, snow or gravel evacuation,
- flat carabiner back for excellent stability in the hand or when clipping into a pincer,
- large contact surfaces with rope and anchor to facilitate rope passage and increase the carabiner's resistance to wear.
