Faber bottles in hot-dip galvanised steel.
Delivered bare without valve.
For better protection against corrosion, these bottles have been dipped in hot molten zinc. During this process, the zinc metallurgically bonds to the steel to form an uneven, rough outer surface. This treatment results in an imperfect cosmetic appearance, with different shades of grey/silver.
These bottles have excellent corrosion protection, even when used in salt water.
No need to repaint!
In accordance with the ‘Arrêté du 20 novembre 2017 relatif au suivi en service des équipements sous pression et des récipients à pression simples’ (Order of 20 November 2017 on the in-service monitoring of pressure equipment and simple pressure vessels), the date of commissioning is the date on which the equipment or assembly is first used by the user. As your invoice is proof of this, ask for your serial number to be added to your invoice so that you can present it to your club.
