UNDERSEA Ltd has supplied the professional diving industry from Verwood, Dorset (UK) since 1970, and the 5100 non-return valve sits at the core of their high-pressure gas fittings range. Machined in brass with G 1/4 BSP coned male threads on both inlet and outlet, it installs inline wherever backflow protection is required in a fixed gas management system: at compressor outlet ports, along fill manifold headers, or in cascade storage connections. The 0.6 bar cracking pressure ensures immediate opening with a negligible pressure drop, while the factory O2 cleaning makes it ready for oxygen, nitrox and trimix service straight from the packaging — no additional preparation required.

  • Factory O2-cleaned: approved for immediate use with oxygen, nitrox and trimix without further preparation
  • 330 bar rated: covers all dive cylinder standards and high-pressure cascade storage systems
  • 0.6 bar cracking pressure: near-instant opening, virtually zero flow restriction under normal fill conditions
  • Brass construction: corrosion-resistant in humid fill-room environments, proven durability over decades of professional use
  • Serviceable design: 5100-SK kit (O-rings, spring, seat) enables targeted maintenance without replacing the complete valve
