Servicing your POSEIDON SE7EN Rebreather in our workshop
The CCR can only be serviced completely, otherwise we cannot take responsibility for it, in line with POSEIDON recommendations.
The recycler can only be made 100% operational. On acceptance, the customer validates the quotation and prepays the standard costs.
Here are the sections and costs for a rebreather:
- Service 1 stage OXYGEN x2
Initial inspection
Dismantling of spare parts, removal of O-rings
Cleaning in an ultrasonic bath using products recommended by the manufacturer (Tickopur R27)
Rinsing and drying of parts.
Reassembly and replacement of spare parts with those in the service kit (original parts only).
Manual pre-adjustment and final adjustment
- 2nd stage service JETSTREAM MK3 Octopus x1
Initial inspection
Disassembly of spare parts, removal of O-rings
Cleaning in an ultrasonic bath using products recommended by the manufacturer (Tickopur R27)
Rinsing and drying of parts.
Reassembly and replacement of spare parts with those in the service kit (original parts only).
Manual pre-adjustment of regulators and final adjustment.
Not included: diaphragms must be changed every two years, the servo valve cannot be bent and must be changed if necessary.
- Service of HP, LP and BCD hoses included
Ultrasonic cleaning of hose heads with products recommended by the manufacturer (Tickopur R27)
Change of seals, swivels, Schraeder valves
- Oxygen Clean (global)
- BOV service x1

Cleaning in an ultrasonic bath using products recommended by the manufacturer (Tickopur R27)

Reassemble the BOV and replace spare parts with those in the service kit (original parts only).

Dismantling, cleaning, disinfecting casing, corrugated hoses, false lungs, HP sensors, ADV, Oxygen / diluent valves
Checking electronic module and batteries, displays (primary & HUD)
Software check, firmware updates
Tests and checks
- Complete Poseidon MKVI service kit x1 (includes all 13 kits required)
Notes :
- - Includes only spare parts from standard kits for standard servicing. In the event of observations requiring additional work or repairs, we will get back to you.
- - Does not include the replacement of oxygen cells, which will need to be replaced depending on the date and/or condition.
- - Excluding shipping costs (we only send this type of product by GEODIS, and with insurance). You can use your own means of transport: drop-off/pick-up at the shop, or organise your own carrier (we recommend the upela.com platform).
- - Delivery time 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of POSEIDON kits and CCR.
