The two grades most commonly made of stainless steel are 304 (known as "A2") and 316 (known as A4). Both grades offer excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and the ability to withstand both extremely low (cryogenic) and very high temperatures.
Grade 316 is also known as Marine Stainless Steel because of its increased resistance to chloride corrosion compared to Type 304.
