Reinforced belay device for thin to medium ropes
Designed for rope ascents, the CROLL S belay device is light and easy to use. The connection holes ensure an effective hold during ascents. The stainless steel protection plate improves wear resistance by protecting the rope's friction zone. It is compatible with rope diameters from 8 to 11 mm.
Detailed description
Efficient and easy to use for rope ascents:
- Can be used in conjunction with a BASIC rope clamp or an ASCENSION rope clamp for rope ascents,
- lower hole is twisted to hold the belay device flat,
- upper hole for attaching TORSE straps and holding the rope clamp in position,
- The cleat is opened by pinching for quick and easy handling.
Enhanced durability:
- Stainless steel cover plate to improve wear resistance,
- Stainless steel trigger for improved corrosion resistance.
Suitable for intensive practice and caving:
- compatible with ropes with a diameter between 8 and 11 mm,
- lightweight, only 85 g,
- Pinned trigger with drain slot to optimize operation in all conditions (frozen rope, mud...).
